He was held back in school and was 18 years old prior to arriving at USC.
He was the same age as any other True Freshman (sans Calvin Ridley who was like 20).

He had a better true freshman season than Jacob Eason and Matt Stafford, and then tore his acl. It’s a bit too soon to disregard his talent level, but it was predictable you would try to do so.

Yep. People used to always say that his freshman year and it made me laugh. Maybe he was slightly behind in development because he only had 3 years of HS football, but it’s not like he was a child.

Daniels would've been a great pickup for the Vols bc JG is inconsistent as hell and no one is convinced he'll ever take the next step but Sand isn't wrong about the timing. Bailey is our future QB. He will be starting next season barring injury/odd events. We don't need a transfer who can start next season but one that could start right now would be a huge boon.
TBH, IDK why Daniels would be interested in UGA with the Wake Forrest dude already there but he will definitely add to UGA's QB room if he lands there.

A 5* that flipped from OU to be the heir apparent to the 1 and done Newman that will now be taking his visits and likely recommitting from UGA because Kirby misrepresented his status for UGA. Daniels sits a year and gets a medical shirt for last year and has 2 to play 2 at UGA.
