I mean there are a few posts in this thread from earlier in the year saying UGA would beat us in TS by double digits.

True. But there were also posts that said no way Emery would commit to Georgia.
Now, he might not stay with Georgia, only time will tell. But I can guarantee one thing, you will never find a post in which I predicted double digit win by Georgia over LSU.
Are you going to say there is no way Emery ends up at Georgia? We won't know how good either team is for a few weeks. Remember, Auburn beat us worse than Y'all did.
Most reasonable fans thought Georgia would take a step back this year, because we lost so much talent and was replacing it with talented, but young players.

True. LSU also lost to Florida. Truthfully. How do you think LSU will do against Alabama. How good do you believe LSU is? What do you think their final ranking will be? Will they make the playoffs?
If you say you know the answer to these questions, you are lying. Two weeks ago LSU fans thought the season was lost, and now you think you are going to the playoffs.

He was saying LSU was a great team because they had beaten Miami and Georgia. I merely pointed out that you had also lost to Florida and that we would know how good LSU and Georgia were in a few weeks.
There. Now all you have to do is pick out a random post and assume somebody was making fun of your team and respond without understanding the context.
And...you actually made my point for me. LSU and Georgia might very well be excellent teams, but you can't say one way or the other based off one or even two games.

So I guess no one in the sec knows what kind of team they have until the season is over? Is that how it works?

That's exactly how it works. Right now you look like a top 5 team...and I would say, maybe better. If you get beat by MState, Alabama and Texas A&M you would hardly look like a top 5 team, now would you?
Don't say it can't happen. Because it can. It has happened to teams before.

Or maybe we should remind you of what happened to LSU in 2015? Undefeated through october then lost 3 games.

BTW, LSU was ranked #2 in the country when you collapsed in 2015.
I am not saying LSU is not good. I am not saying LSU will collapse. I am saying you didn't know then and you don't know now what might happen.

I think LSU has a great team, fwiw. I have never belittled your team. I am merely pointing out that sometimes stuff happens. 2015? Everybody thought you were a contender. At this same point in the season LSU was undefeated.
But somehow you think it is safe to crown LSU champions?
Again I will ask. What do you think LSU's final record will be and where LSU will be ranked?
