That was in response to me saying that we would know how good both teams are in a few more weeks. I pointed out that in 2015 LSU was undefeated at this point then lost 3 straight games, and he was incredulous that I would bring that up. I seriously don't think you can tell how good a team is until after the season.

I mean...LSU has a good team, don't get me wrong. But I would be willing to bet he thinks they will go undefeated the rest of the way. They might. but I am not betting against Alabama.

Nothing? No predictions?

It should only take a minute, since you know exactly what LSU is.

Look. I think LSU has an excellent team. This all started because I said we will all know how good Georgia and LSU is in a few weeks. Right now, Georgia doesn't look all that good. LSU does. But in college football...outside of Alabama, you don't know exactly how good a team is until the end of the season.
For some reason a LSU fan took exception to my saying we will know in a few weeks.

What does that have to do with anything? Nobody knows how they will finish exactly, if they get it right a bunch it's a total guess in the dark that happened to be right that time. If people could accurately predict how things go each season they are wasting their time not making millions in vegas on this.

We could be 11-1 or 8-4 in 6 more weeks, nobody knows for sure.

I agree with you 100%.
Thanks for being honest. My point? the poster that insisted we knew what we have in our teams. The only comment I made was that we would both know how good our teams were in a few weeks. He insisted we all knew how good they were. I agree with you. If Georgia loses the next 2-3 games we will know then. If LSU loses a couple more we will know then.

We have an idea, but at this point we don't know...we can guess, though. I would guess that LSU is for real and has an excellent team. We will know for sure in a few weeks, though.

I agree with all of this. It's beyond tiresome sifting through all of the feces being spewed in this thread to actually find recruiting information and conversation about, you know, the actual recruit.
