It would make sense. With our lines still being rebuilt, having a mobile run first QB would help a lot.

Starting to look like the rumors were a bit premature. Apparently, he signed scholarship papers with MU, but in the portal world that doesn't mean anything more than it's a school you are considering. For all we know he may have signed similar papers with all schools he is interested in.
It is still positive, but it is anything but a lock.

Either way it's a clear indication that Drink wants to add another QB into the equation.
The QB who is second between Cook and Macon coming out of spring ball may see the writing on the wall and peace out. We shall see.

Well, let's keep our fingers crossed then. I think it could be a good fit and situation for him. If I have any concerns it is that I haven't heard a lot of praise about his arm.
We've built quite the receivers room. I'd like to have a guy that can exploit that.

Yes there is a twitter account or two that keeps reporting people who enroll and sign scholarship papers have actually transferred.
It happens once every few years because it seems like a clever way to get scoops and it fools idiots like JQ but they always end up looking dumb.

2 years ago was sorta a weird season for everyone.
And the coaching staff let everyone down the is past year in tempe with the ncaa sanctions. Sounds like the team sorta quit along with that

unless horn isn't coming, I don't see the point in taking him. rather take Georgia's backup if we need a 1 year fix.

He’s ridiculously talented. He can run and has a cannon. His freshman year he was absolutely outstanding. Was getting a lot of “top QB in his class” talk.
I’ll give guys a pass on a Covid year especially in the PAC 10 with the way they handled everything. Wouldn’t read much into that, but he just wasn’t very good at all last year.
So it really depends on which guy you get. It’s a worthwhile take for us because we have an open competition this year, but it sounds like he really wants to go somewhere where he is guaranteed the starting spot and Drink won’t do it

Horn is not that kind of MLB prospect. He’ll be at Mizzou for fall camp
