Unless Richt gets canned, no way he decommits. The UGA quarter backers aren't playing poorly because Richt doesn't know how to coach pro style QBs, they're playing poorly because they don't have much talent. Eason is supremely talented and I'm sure he recognizes the difference.

We have a really good Qb next year currently calling himself a Gator for the class. Don't know if the coaches will go really hard at Eason because our current one has been recruiting for Uf hard and seems completely Gator right now. Eason is a freaking stud though so who knows. We do need more Qbs.

Eason loves Athens and is pretty much guaranteed a starting position at UGA. I would be very surprised if he decommits.

Coaches have said they're taking 2 QBs this class and Trask knows it.
That said, it is beyond a long shot that we land Eason. Not gonna happen.

Two things are dominating the boards right now in the Georgia Bulldogs market. What is going on with Mark Richt and what is the commitment status of Jacob Eason?
Dawgs247 talked with his father,Tony and this was his response on Jacob and Georgia on Sunday.
"He looks at it as an opportunity," said Tony Eason.
"He has already developed a brotherhood with committed guys and guys that have privately told him they are coming. The boys are coming together to help right the ship. Its not about coaches or rankings. Its about a group of top recruits that love the Dawgs and want to play together."
Eason's son is currently ranked as the Nation's Top QB prospect and has been verbally committed to UGA for over a year and half now."
