If this is true, that is anything but showing confidence that the kid is your guy.
Nice underhand tactic especially considering LF can't extend his stay because of the dead period. If you listen to some of the guys on these forums one would assume only Nick Saban does this kinds of things.

No it's not. Saban pulls the same shite. Hell he visited Fournette the night before he headed to BR for his official. Same with Brown. It's a common practice amount college coaches.

At 6'1 220 he was going to end up at LB for us anyways. He Wouldn't help much at Safety depth. And before anyone says that's sorry grapes, I've had that stance since March.
