I can't believe some of the instate guys Tennessee doesn't even recruit.

Solid year in Tennessee and most are heading elsewhere.

Hard to get excited about Jason White, but Memphis may as well be in another state.

To be fair, Memphis is like a different state.

There’s probably 100 guys of his quality or better closer to Knoxville than Memphis so it’s not really surprising.

This class is shot. Maybe Garner can pull a miracle with Walter Nolan.

Kutas is a really good OL prospect.

Even if he is there are plenty of just as good options closer in GA/Carolinas/Virginia’s.

The current staff has very few prior relationships with this current crop of 2022 instate guys. Which is the main reason they’re not even being seriously considered with most.. or recruiting them period.

They’re going to have to hit the transfer portal heavily again in the off-season.

Apparently this kid measured in at 6’5” 290 on the visit. He is only 16, athletic enough to play DL, and has a monster frame. I will be interested to see how he does. Oregon loved him.

Hope Tennessee can get things turned around.

Is that really that surprising considering the state of our program?
