Fib is correct. Lots of new blood with UGA logos by their name. We aren't proud of them. You will notice that many of them don't even have posting privileges on our board.
Regarding cheating, I think that it happens everywhere. I do think there are instances of big bags getting dropped off, but the majority of the cheating is small stuff (secondary violations). The differentiator for successful programs is attention to detail at all levels of the organization. To attribute the success of a program entirely to cheating is asinine and screams of bitterness. Even Ole Miss, the most blatant cheaters of our time, most likely didn't give a bag of cash to every recruit.
I know it is the new thing to do on the rant to compare Georgia to Ole Miss in terms of history, but there really isn't much of a comparison. The current recruiting and on field success is representative of what UGA should be based on our geography, proximity to talent, and lack of significant in state competition. Not every great player in the state comes to UGA because they are Georgia boys, but the pressure and drive to go to the state school is a real thing, and as cliche as it sounds, lots of these kids grew up fans of the program and dreaming of playing for the Dawgs.

You can never 100% tell who is REALLY cheating.
Ole Miss was pretty easy to spot. PSU seems a bit wonky this cycle. I wouldn't bet that they're cheating all that much, but wouldn't be shocked at all to find out in a couple years that they did.
But they had a bit of a let down season in a conference that's becoming REALLY competitive with a slightly sketchy HC...and brought in some monster recruits.
Wouldn't even be mad at em if they did. But that's kind of the formula for a sketchy recruiting cycle.

UGA has always recruited well.
But we have never recruited OL like right now.
Is Pittman the bagman? Ask Arkansas (who told us he could coach but couldn't recruit) and Tenn (they always seemed to recruit top OL before and after Pittman).
To me, Sam Pittman is the difference maker between the Richt recruiting and now.

Everyone in the conference is going 11 over the speed limit. Ole miss was going 60 over chugging tequila and firing rounds our the sunroof.
Yalls class is getting close to 50 over the speed limit chugging a four loko

Bandwagon gettin' mighty full, but frick it... it's been a great day and I'm feeling generous. You're conditionally approved for the ride. Reserve right to revoke this approval at any point in the future for any reason (including but not limited to poor post quality or obvious subterfuge).

Alabama has 6 of the top 10 classes ever. And most of three of them are still on campus. Didn’t realize that.
