Is he a top target for you guys in this cycle? Looks like he is whittling down his options pretty quick, as he dropped his top 5 this weekend.
Any info from you Dawg fans on him? Looks like OSU likes him and he may be leaning our way now

I think he's a target but haven't been paying a ton of attention to 2019 so I don't know to what extent.
I think I read that he wants to get out of the region. Someone on 247 says Stanford will be a huge factor.

We've never done well with Buford players. Not sure the reasons, but all their top players seem to either go to tech or out of state.
Nauta and Mikey Henderson are the only ones I can remember, and even Nauta was actually at IMG.

This seems to be the common trend elsewhere as well...
I think from an OL perspective, after 2 very full classes, 2019 might be a little lighter from a total numbers standpoint (maybe 3-4, instead of 5), I think we're high on the OT out of Brunswick High, another guy out of Grayson(?), and then some out of state guys so far. I'm sure we'll continue to recruit him, but at least at this time hasn't seemed (publicly) to be a priority... read into that what you will.

I think we are higher on Wanya Morris out of Grayson and seem to be in pretty good shape there. Grayson is loaded in the 2019 class. Miller must be big on academics. He likes GA and OSU, but I think he is also looking at Notre Dame and Stanford. It will be tough on us to compete with those two schools in academics.

Yep... that was the other name that wasn't coming to mind.

At this point you guys can probably get who you want but I'm hearing Tennessee has a real chance at Morris.

It's hard to divine the legit info from the Germy Proot happy talk that invariably comes with a new HC and staff. There's a solid bunch of recruiters in Knoxville, to be sure, but I'm admittedly skeptical about that sort of thing until they actually prove something on the field.

Yeah, Wanya is leaning UT. He doesn’t like the depth chart at UGA, according to 247

Can't blame him. Our OL is fricking loaded

UGA is recruiting Miller. Previous poster is correct in stating that we will take a smaller OL class. 3-4 total number is probably accurate, of which 2-3 will be tackle prospects.
Current commit Luke Griffin is expected by many to not end up in the class. Top targets, in no particular order, appear to be Wanya Morris, Warren McClendon, Devontae Dobbs, Darnell Wright.

It's a legitimate concern for sure. Wouldn't blame anyone for at least questioning it... Just like at Alabama for the last several years, some kids will see it as an opportunity to compete and get better, others may look and prefer a more clear line of sight to playing time. It will be on Smart, Chaney, and Pittman to identify where to spend the time... I trust they can probably get it done more often than not.

Yeah Mikey Henderson is in jail now or bonded out as he was high school teacher/coach accused of having sexual relations with a student.

Aw, man.... That sucks. I went to Murray Co. HS my freshman year, and N Murray didn't even exist back in my day, but I was excited to see his commitment. Would it be his getting bumped for a higher profile target?

I'm not close to the situation, but my understanding is that he has had a series of fairly intense injuries, and there are concerns over his durability. My impression has been that if a decommit occurs it would be more of a mutual situation.
