I would say RiCardo Louis because he was committed to us before switching to FSU... Now he's undecided, but all info is pointing to him picking us. He hasn't even talked to FSU since he decommitted, I don't think.

Not sure what kind of back up plans might be in place. Most expect us to sign between 20-22 tomorrow.

New PSU coach Bill O'Brien worked at under as QB/OC coach for two seasons while Roof was the HC. Not that difficult to figure out. They also worked together at the GT staff.

Per JLEE...

Of Auburn’s top remaining targets, this is how I think it looks right now:
AU Leads For: Jordan Moore, Ricardo Louis
AU Has Slight Edge For: Ronald Darby, Avery Young
Toss-Up (50-50): Eddie Goldman, Leonard Williams, Stefon Diggs
Trailing For: Kwon Alexander (LSU), Jordan Diamond (Michigan), Cordarrelle Patterson (UGA)

Oh y'all need to keep people from FSU... especially if they get Goldman.
You aren't ugly. Where is Kwon going? I couldn't read the TrollTyde/TideSaint face-off thread.
Any disappointments looming?
ETA: I see JLee answered my questions, except I think he's sort of too homerish to know better.

Where is Kwon going?
quote:I think we have already suffered most of those. I guess Williams flipping to UGA or Louis staying with FSU would be disappointing. Also, the total number of signees will probably be a little disappointing.

Do you think your class will finish better or worse than LSU's?

I think we also trail for Goldman, Williams, and Diggs. In fact I think its 50-50 that we get ONE of them. This would mean we have an approx. 16.7% chance of getting each. This sounds about right.

If only they didn't negatively recruit us so hard...
I would expect one of our Rivals to do this, but why them? I guess since they have Craig, but that's just one guy. I guess we will see in the near future...

Well, it seems like LSU ATM. It would definitely be Bama if he had a full offer, but word is that he only has a greyshirt offer. His family doesn't want him at Auburn, but that's fine. He'll be very good wherever he goes.

Possible flip with JaQuay Williams (though I doubt it), and other than that, maybe we don't land any top guys...

Yes, very homerish. I'd be happy if we land half of our guys.

I think we'll finish better by an RCH. (red cun* hair)

Ol' Geno does have a back-up plan in place. If we wiff on more than we think, then we will get a couple of players whom have not been discussed on here.

I don't think the teabaggers could say much. With their recruiting haul their payroll must be in the Yankees stratosphere.

I don't really have anything to add so I'll just put up a scene from one of the greatest movies ever made for motivational purposes.
Well, I don't have anything to say, you've done the best you could. You really have, the best you could. You can't expect to win em all. But, I want to tell you something I've kept to myself through these years. I was in the war myself, medical corps. I was on late duty one night when they brought in a badly wounded pilot from one of the raids. He could barely talk. He looked at me and said, "The odds were against us up there, but we went in anyway, I'm glad the Captain made the right decision." The pilot's name was George Zip.
The last thing he said to me, "Doc," he said, "some time when the crew is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell them to get out there and give it all they got and win just one for the Zipper. I don't know where I'll be then, Doc," he said, "but I won't smell too good, that's for sure."

I'd be surprised if we take more than one back-up guy that no one has been talking about.
They'll just roll the spots over to next year.

The back story is that neither one has informed either coaching staff of what they're going to do. AU feels good about their chances with Darby and fought tooth and nail over Goldman... FSU should be worried. Just like AU should be.

It's good to know that the FSU fans are also going to have ulcers when this is all over.

It's good because that means that they're hearing nothing but blanket statements from their mods. Meaning that they're not confident. They could both end up at FSU, but it's always good to see the opposition in a recruiting battle not confident.
