Says Louis and Williams are locks if FSU let's them in and Goldman did a chop in his front yard which clearly means he's a lock to FSU.

NVM, just went back and read what he said. Sad thing is, he's probably right. Fowler is the only one of those that may not end up at FSU, at this time. Even if Fowler goes to FSU, they will probably get Williams. I posted in the UF thread what I had heard on Williams, and how the FSU coaches are trying to get Williams in after Fowler signs.
