I don't think it's Billy. People have just gone portal crazy. Kentucky already has like 15 in the portal. 2 of them were starters who were guaranteed to play next year. (safety and a linebacker)

Feels like a guy who should be going pro isn’t it? I would hope we’re all over him, he liked us out of HS from what I remember
