First, you don't know he was smoking pot. The police report certainly didn't say that. In fact, the police report didn't even say there was any evidence of marijuana being smoked, other than the smell. Only a bag was found, which was owned by the driver. No paraphernalia was found. And I don't give a shite if Tim Williams smokes weed or not. As long as he's doing so in private, and not taking pictures and making a spectacle out of it, it's none of anyone's business and certainly doesn't damage his character.
