12 of 14 teams in the top 25 is pretty incredible. Throw in Texas and Oklahoma and that's 14 SEC members in the top 25. Other conferences would pretty much have to merge into one to be this competitive.

Ole Miss has a 4* kid signed but they won't announce until the All American game in January. Gonna bump them to 22 just ahead of State.

The 247 Composite Score is flawed. It still includes the ESPN ratings and they suck.
247's own rankings and rivals are much better. I hear ON3 is getting better fast but ESPN does so little evaluations and never do any in person rankings around here according to the local analyst for the other sites. The ESPN service has become a joke as to how little they evaluate players.
247 needs to drop them from their composite rankings.
I am sure they get the top talent rated well but if they aren't a 4-5 star dude already, they don't know them.
I heard one 247 analyst say that he misspelled two recruits names from a camp, then ESPN had that same
misspelling in their eval. They are lazy and are just piggy backing off the other sites.
