Daylen Everette 5 Star CB and Jihaad Campbell High 4 Star Edge/LB have decommitted in the last couple of days. Both are from IMG. Campbell is taking a visit to A&M this weekend and strong speculation he will be an Aggie.
Losing Venables clearly is hurting Dabo, definitely worth keeping an eye on this.

We need Toriano Pride to decommit.

All three of Clemson's decommits are from IMG. Someone clearly pissed off the staff there.

How many can Aggie take this year?

27.
A&M signed 24 in last year's class as well as UT Transfer Jahmir Johnson.
Two of those back-counted towards the 2020 class due to early enrollees.
A&M can back-count two towards 2021. Weigman, Stewart, Brownlow-Dindy, Ish Harris, Taylor and Anderson are all enrolling early, as are three of the current targets (Goodwin, Lucas and Denver Harris)
In addition, depending on who hits the portal after December 15th, we can take up to 7 more between HS and transfer players.

With the portal theoretically they could take 32 or something crazy like that. I think it ends up around 27/28 but if they have 5 Stars wanting on board they will find a way.

And both are now expected to sign with the Tide next week. I love that Bama pipeline to IMG Academy.

Daylen Everett with the crystal ball pick to Bama by Chris Nee. He usually has a pretty good track record.

Maybe getting Dabo to be Texas A&M DC? Might be a good one to get those Clemson recruits to Texas A&M! :)

Campbell was not planning to come to CS until today or tomorrow. I guess we will see. Bama is Bama no doubt so he would be a great get for you guys if you can close him.

Can you provide a link or was this from some insider?

He is in cstat. Glad we are getting the last bid. We will know how much Bama is offering and can decide whether to offer more.

The 3 decommits last week were all from IMG. Something seems "fishy" about that.
LINK /
But on the flip side (no pun intended), IMG is full of all sorts of dirty money and shady recruiting tactics. You know what you're getting into if you are pulling from those ranks...

I understand places like IMG and don't think they are terrible per se. Is it really any better when you have top flight private schools or some publics (at least in Texas) that actively recruit kids that are just there to play football before going to college? Is what it is.
Only thing that is noteworthy is IMG may be in Florida but those aren't really Florida kids per se. Kellen Mond and Bear Alexander for instance were Texas kids that just went for their last year and my guess is they have a lot of that.
