A long and wiry big man who has added some needed strength over the last year, Bediako does a good job running the court and he has above average hands. He's an instinctual rebounder, does a good job of scoring around the rim through the effective use of fakes and jump hooks. Though he's not considered a high flyer, he's not lacking for athleticism and his size combined with long arms allow him to deter shots around the rim and do a good job on the glass.

Lately, he's also shown a little more ability to make jump shots and as he gets stronger and more consistent with his jump shot the Alabama offense will afford him freedom to play more facing the rim. However, expect Bediako to do most of his damage in the low post early in his career.
