Yeah, Texas mods have known for well over two years that he would never end up in Austin, so they try and make sense of it.
I mean, they tried to take down the Ohio State program just because the best receiver, who lives in Austin, wanted nothing to do with Texas.
This seems like a slightly delusional post tbh

How is it delusional?
Everybody and their mom knows Herman leaked shite out about Smith.
Ohio State fired the receivers coach and the head coach retired.
And the kid from Austin STILL wanted nothing to do with Texas.
Yikes.

Think you read too much of Zach Smith's Twitter meltdown.

Youll get the same proof that Marcel Brooks is a trouble maker.
There is none.

Even better question is, why do most of your posts always reek of A&M?

You're accusing a known shitposter who hates A&M with every fiber of his being of "reeking of A&M"?
That's funny.

NFLSU is Daddy to both Texas and Texas A&M

"Texass", bitching about Texas fans posting on a thread about a Texas player?
Sounds pretty TAMU to me.

Bitching?
I was simply, wondering.
I’ve never perused through a Big12 Recruiting board in search of threads related to a potential SEC recruit though, so yeah, I was just wondering.

Texas was out of the mix with Brooks b4 they knew where they stood, no sour grapes if your not in play.
Off the board based on character eval. He was a big target for the staff until the hands off decision hit.. described as the most red flags of any super elite TX HS recruit in years.
Arguably the best talent in the state & rarely mentioned after the eval.. cut & dried. Simple business decision, hope he works out for LSU short of our expense.

The kid from Austin is originally from Columbus you'd know that if you were paying attention. It's no surprise he wanted to go back..

Does using that word make you feel empowered?

Pappoe is a better athelte than Brooks.
Faster 40 and more explosive.
Brooks jumping over the car was impressive but his measurements were not that of Pappoe.
Texas went after Pappoe. Guy wanted to stay home.
With Brooks it was more of an issue about being committed to being the best.
The kid with less atheltic ability but more desire and drive to be great will ultimately be a better football player.

Congrats, you missed on both

LSU missed on Pappoe as well.
Then went with Brooks.
Texas passed. Maybe they were right or wrong. We will see.
At LB you want players who want to be first in the weight room and the last out.
Same as the practice field.
If Brooks gets a fire lit under him he could be great. But the question is if.
Herman and Texas have been passing on those guys.
There were a couple in the cycle that Texas identified for red flags.
