No problem. One thing I hate about this board is when a team gets a commitment from a prospect, then people feel the need to flame the thread. It should be a good feeling for the fans, because I know it feels good to the coaching staffs to get the commitment. Everybodys coaches are working hard to ensure they get quality players for their system, not just mine.

I highly doubt McDowell ends up at DE in LSU's system. He is around 250 at the HS level with the athleticism and frame to play around 265. He is a 3T all the way at LSU IMO.

Some people have suggested that he may end up at de and Willis may slide inside. I agree with you though.

Gator is a rarity, definitely one of the good guys

Would take White over Harris any day. Even before White committed. We have enough running QBs that can't hit half their throws on roster.

They'll try to put weight on him first but DE is a real option for him. Lavar Edwards was a big contributor for 4 years and he played around 260-275 in his time here. Though I think if McDowell gets up to 270-285 he could play DT.
Anthony Hargrove was a solid DT for the Saints and he only weighed a little over 270 while playing. Sometimes they even put him in the 1 tech because of his quickness and motor. McDowell's best attributes are his quickness and high motor.

I'm happy with White. Tired of DtQBs screwing us. Harris will be good for you guys.

Debatable. There was the one that went 50 yards in the air into the bread basket late in the 4th to put him into his 3rd NC

I'm relieved.. Congrats though
Things worked out exactly as I was hoping.

nice pickup. went and watched his highlight film, which consists of 90% dumping off to the running back
Stupidest post ever. Parkway is a vertical passing team.

Looks like the predictions for him were about as accurate as his completion %

Wouldn't have even been in that game had it not been for that dump pass vs LSU. That play in the SECCG was huge no doubt, but the dump pass in BR to even give him the chance to play vs Georiga was bigger.
