What? He developed grade issues the moment he committed to UGA. There was even talk if we should consider him a commit at all because he was considered a non-qualifier from the start.

The second he commited our mods said don't get your hopes up he has grade issues and later on it came out that he wouldn't qualify. We would love to have him as a player but unfortunatly the staff can't control academic issues.

Nothing wrong with a lil weed...all the best athletes do it. All joking aside though all do seem upset. We don't need all of you to tell us he has grade issues and all that. We already know. Remember Eddie Lacy didn't have a chance to get in either.

Are you reading the same posts I am? I haven't seen one UGA post that comes off as upset. If he lands at Bama then I am happy for the kid and I would imagine most UGA fans have no ill will towards BJ.

Its probably more GA post in here than Bama post for one and the first response is something on the lines of hope he gets his grades together or some BS. That's sounds a lil upset. No congrats or nothing.

Probably because he used to be a recruit for UGA. Would you not want as much info about a recruit as possible? If we get one from another school we usually have a thread on here asking for details.

I never said it would or should prevent anyone from taking him. I said it's an issue, even if only for PR reasons.
