For one the rule is not fully in place at this point. It can still be rejected or amended until August so this year is basically business as usual. Their numbers are correct and nothing funny going on with them. 2 kids will not be signing so they have 27 in the class with 2 backcounters.

Or we've got 25, when Gladney and Taylor going elsewhere, and Kirven and Tomlinson making it 27 again tomorrow. Plus, the ability to back-count 4 onto the 2011 class.

No, dip shite. Bama signed 22 last year, which would mean you could back-count 3. However, one of the 2011 signees died. So Bama had 21. This means they can backcount 4.
