I honestly didn't know about that. I just remember reading about him coming out of HS thinking he was going to be an absolute stud.

Yes we all thought he was going to be a big deal, but I believe he had injury issues and never saw the field in a game.

How does a coach get a test score flagged? I'm actually curious
Do they go to the clearing house and bring some sort of evidence saying "there's no way with this kids high school grades he got a ____ on the SAT?" Or do they just say "I don't think this kid could qualify etc based on interactions I had with him?"
I don't want to get bashed cause I'm an OSU fan. I'm not defending Meyer I just want to know the process

I'd be interested as well. The coach from another program shouldn't have any grades after signing day, so it would have to be previous grades and/or an inside source

Right like if Meyer recruited him, he scored a 500 on his SAT, and now he had like a 1900. That would be drastic, so maybe something like that, to account for anomalies?
To me, you either got the score you needed or didn't. Unless you have high school transcripts and his algebra 1 score went from a D to a B-??

The thing I find weird is that Meyer is the only coach I've ever heard of being accused of this.
It's not quite as bad as the Baylor basketball coach trying to get a kid deported for committing to Indiana though.

I'm all for bashing Urban but how in the hell does any coach have test scores flagged??? LSU fans kept saying this about PP but I never heard how.
