You know what? I read a headline like this "Robert Leff beams with pride about signing with Auburn"
and pair it with Jovon's quote a few days ago about not caring about Yeldon, and frick it. These are the players I want, the players who want to be at AU. The players who want to use us as a stepping stone (Philon) and get burned for it ( ), frick them.
This class won't be as good as I'd hoped for, but it won't be as bad as a lot of people think who want to doom and gloom it.

Roof was a very solid recruiter. When you lose a coordinator so close to signing day, it will have an effect.

If you were a top defensive recruit would last years defense or the abysmal defense of the past 3 years excite you into wanting to play here? Hopefully with the hiring of BVG and some major improvements on defense, next years defensive class will be a lot stronger.

The class isn't bad. It's pretty good. There was just no kind of finish for guys we should have been in it for. A lot of that has to do with new coaches and no previous relationships with them, so I'm pretty optimistic about next year.
