Well according to Diamond the other day he would late all the schools know who he chose on the 31st. So if he stayed true to his word then the coaching staff already knows if they got him or not so they would only turn Jacobs down if Diamonds in the fold for sure.
Now why Diamond is waiting until Friday to commit is beyond me. Seems like if he let the coaches know yesterday then he would just announce today.

Auburn's championship defense was shite that year. They were ranked below ours and we were pretty fricking bad. Just sayin.
I agree we need a better defense but looks like we're making all the right moves to get there.

LOL. Vinny is bringin' that Jersey attitude to our program. I bet he gets a call from the coaches before too long and they tell him to cool it with that stuff.
But still. It's hard not to love that kid. If he really hits the weights he could have a chance to contribute this year on special teams.
