you sure? 247 lists Locks as his primary recruiter at bama. Wonder if Locks leaving changes the odds a bit here?

People overreact to who’s assigned as primary. Alabama has so much turnover on the coaching staff every year, multiple guys are involved with every kid.

Bama but I don’t think Florida is out of it.

NCDawg52- Have you heard something about UGA getting back into it with him? I heard something today, just feeling it out.

Yes, we never stopped recruiting him, but did slow it down a bit. we have cranked up the recruiting a lot lately, and feel like we are in it big time, now. Not saying we lead or where exactly we are in the pecking order, but we will be considered for sure, and could close the gap quickly.

No doubt, that coupled with bama becoming more of a spread offense may help uga down the stretch.

A spread offense that is going to be losing about 275 touches at the position of RB.

Is Robinson leaving as well?

We’ll probably lose 200 with Holyfield leaving early and Herrien transferring (if both of those happen).

He committed to Alabama the first time before Locksley was even an on-the-field coach for Alabama.

Evan Neal too.

D. Harris & Jacobs are the two I'm expecting to lose.

What's the status of Zamir White?

Robinson will step into some more carries next year, probably ending up with 100-110 if I had to guess. But that still leaves a lot of carries for a third guy after him and Najee.

Next years back field:

Swift will be back and be the bell cow

Cook returning as a sophomore

White returning from ACL. Should be 100% by fall camp

Current commit K. McIntosh + one other

There are carries to be had assuming: Holyfield goes to draft, Herrien grad transfers.

I don't think anyone really knows at this point. We are hoping he's good to go next year.

Our depth chart will likely be
D Swift
J Cook
Z White - and if he's super healthy he might pass Cook on touches.

Still plenty of carries to go around if we land a stud. Emery would have gotten touches.

Makes sense. I misread touches for carries originally and didn't know where those additional #s were coming from.

He has been 100% Bama before committing, while committed, and after decommitting.

UGA has the same chance as Florida, but go ahead and say you finished second if it makes you feel better.

Florida getting him on campus next week. It’s a Bama Florida battle that everybody has seemed to accept Bama is going to win.
