Previous Oregon commit that opened back up in December. Miss St was also involved. Very nice get for Drink. Good chance to start for us.

Yeah, he’s a little weird. Very talented though. Hopefully Wilks can get him on the straight and narrow. If so, he’s got NFL talent. If not, he’ll be in the portal

Seems like a little bit of a head case

Told everyone he was going to state. Decides to delay his decision like three times, then state pulled his offer and so did Oregon

I don’t think anyone really pulled his offer. Both schools sent out a bunch of LOIs and after his indecision moved on.

Oregon is now getting CBs for Dickerson and some believe they’ll enter the Ricks sweepstakes. He was a take but not worth the games.

Mizzou and kids from Mississippi have a bad track record as of late.

He was a priority of State for a long time.

He kept being so wishy washy about committing that they finally move on and got someone else.

I think State is satisfied with who they got and I figure he will be a good player for Missouri.

It could be a win win for both.

He 100% could not commit to State after 12/25/2020. He was a major priority for us but then screwed the State staff on Christmas Day and after that, they told him they were moving on, which they did. He’s a good player and a good get for Mizzou, so this isn’t a “we moved on cause he’s no good” post. He’s good. He just burned bridges with our staff.

I read the entire saga on MSU boards. Both Oregon and MSU moved on after sending him a LOI and he didn’t return it. He was a take for both schools had he wanted to commit.

I don’t get the point of saying the offer was pulled when he didn’t take it. Hopefully the kid is more decisive on the field.

Yep. As soon as he pulled the “make a private decision” thing, that was it for State and Oregon’s offers.

I suspect he would be at State right now if he had done what he really wanted to do back on Christmas day. When he promised to commit that day and didn't, State did move on and so did Oregon.

I figure someone got in his ear, probably a family member and made him not do what he said he would do.

Missouri is the beneficiary of it all, he is a really good player for sure. No one from State that I have heard have said anything otherwise. Good Get for you guys!

State got an older DB to go with their young talent that should be able to contribute and you got one too, both should be happy.
