I came here for this. Oregon mysteriously lost an initial counter for the 2021 class.

Meaning we had 25 spots and we’re filling 24.
So, some think Perkins was signed by Oregon and released but it was never public.

This kid made our coaching staff meet with him on zoom on Christmas Day thinking he was committing yet didn’t. Taking our coaches away from their families
