It's been a Bama/AU battle for a couple weeks now, with UT lurking as a dark horse. UGa is out of the running.
AU has been the slight favorite, despite everyone calling him a lock for there. Bama felt like they closed the gap earlier today and maybe took the lead. He was expected to talk to AU coaches this afternoon. We may know something tomorrow.

Maybe you've got some top secret inside source, but given that Derrick Brown isn't really sharing a ton of info and that this is contrary to what 90% of people are saying, I'm going to discount it as homer bullshite until proved otherwise.

It certainly would not shock me if Bama came from seemingly out of no where and landed Brown, you never can count those guys out.

I have no personal inside info. These are the staffs his people are communicating with. I don't give a crap what the services are saying. Bama is a very good possibility. Moreso than UT right now. But if I had to guess right now, I'd say 60/40 Barn.

No guessing. I know people who DO talk directly to boosters/staff, but I don't directly. Everything from me is 2nd/3rd hand (depending on what point of view you look at it) info. In other words, I'm not personally an insider.

Shaking my head that some of you still think that the dead period means no contact. The phone lines are being absolutely BLOWN UP right now. A ton of jockeying and recruiting happens on the Monday-Wednesday period before and during signing day.
