What in the flying frick is happening? There's four fanbases that feel confident about him. I always thought he was UGA bound. Is that still the case?

Gonna be a tiger.

Who besides UGA, AU, and UT?

One of the national guys (maybe Farrell?) keeps saying Tennessee, but he's literally the only one.

Looks like he will be a Auburn Tiger

Garner is lying to yet another top flight DL that will go to Auburn and do nothing under him.
Kirby isn't kissing his arse the way Richt and Co were.
Tennessee is jerking off and eating paste in the corner, per usual.

I'm guessing MSU but we can't blame them because the mail with last weeks news won't reach Starkville until tomorrow afternoon.

On one hand - Trent Thompson. On the other - Byron Cowart.
Look at their development and choose wisely, Derrick.

Neither of those guys really did a lot this year. Thompson had a better year than Cowart but he didn't exactly set the world on fire.

Was hampered by ankle injuries middle of the year but the gsmes that he did play in he played much better than the stat line indicates. He's going to go off once we build the line up enough to get him away from the double teams; he occupied a lot of attention on the line this year which freed up blitzing LBs to do their jobs. Trent really did about as well as we could have realistically hoped a freshman would on a line that was good but not great.

He was behind a senior on the line. Chris Mayes also played pretty damn well so it would be hard to justify starting a true freshman who are prone to mistakes over a senior. I expect him to play alot this season and play very well.

Wouldn't have a problem losing him to Auburn in all honesty. He'd be another Monty Adams or Gabe Wright

I expect Cowart to improve a good bit next year. He got too big before the season. I think he got over 280. He's slimmed back down some though so hopefully he can maintain that weight. His problem was doing the little things right at DE and not just bull rushing a guy like he could in HS. He also needs to work on finishing the play. There were a few times he had opportunities to make plays and just didn't make them.

When did they become a factor? I thought it was pretty understood to be a 3 team battle.

His parents went there and he has visited. Not really a factor but he has kept them in it to appease mom and dad
