Not to get into a debate, but those schedules look similar to me as to degree of difficulty. Two toughest games to Tenner, but next three to OSU. You each play four top 25 teams. Both have a few patsies on the schedule.

Let Ohio State play Bama, UGA, and Oklahoma. Tennessee would beat anyone on Michigan schedule.

A Puppies fan (pre-prepared) excuse why they lost out

"As the #1 OT, the kid deserves the money. No doubt. But, he made it known early on that NIL would be a swaying factor. The typical recruiting pitches weren’t going to work because he could go to Carson Newman and still likely end up a first rounder.

No shade to UT. You guys put the hammer down, built the relationships, showed a path to playing time, and Coach Elarbee sold him on continued development. Doesn’t change the fact that the eventual winner of this recruitment is gonna have to pony up some dollars.

Kirby has shown a willingness to spend, example KJ Bolden last cycle, but the number grew too high for us to continue to pursue. Only bringing that perspective."

Are you saying this is incorrect?

Great pickup for the Vols and he will do well for Tenn. Congrats on winning this one.

What else more excuses do you guys have in store?

What is the difference in an excuse and an explanation. What was said that you feel is incorrect?

I said in at least one thread that we had dropped out of the race some time ago. Would you prefer we run around all mad or accusing Tenn of cheating or something? Would that make you feel better. It looked to us that Tenn. had this wrapped up several weeks ago.

He is a great get and will do well at Tenn. What else would you like for us to say?

So let's get this straight. You went to an Ohio State board and pulled all of these quotes, and somehow Alabama and Georgia fans are responsible for what Ohio State fans said?

Please explain how Ohio State is our Big 10 brother. We don't even like them.

Vol fans have gone nuts lately.

You are a complete and utter moron.

Everybody knows you all are in cahoots since you guys think you run the NCAA. First you guys go after Michigan, then you try to go after us which failed so spectacularly.

Don't try to pull this we hate them bullsh!t.

Just remember: where did Cornbread and Mophead Supercuts learned their trade from in general?

None other than the master himself: Nick Satan.............

Cornbread f'ed up!

You STILL not getting it!

You guys didn't get caught because Mophead Supercuts did things underneath the table and paid off the investigators.

Cornbread was too cheap to provide such luxury.

Well, you guys have exposed yourselves thanks to the sham witch hunt investigation.

Good lord.

Sanders is a huge get and a very talented kid. But you act like Tennessee is in the AFCw and OSU plays in the MAC

Going into the season Oregon is ranked ahead of Bama and OSU is playing them in Oregon

Michigan and PSU are the 4th and 5th toughtest game for either team

According to just rankings, UT plays the most tough and the 4th most tough game while OSU plays 2/4/5. Pretty comparable

Not surprising all you and your fanbase does is

There is no comparisons between schedules. Ohio State plays a week schedule every year and claim they are good because they beat 1 or 2 ranked teams.

Tennessee is only one of 2 schools in the country that play Bama and UGA every year. Last couple of years Tennessee has played a combination of Bama, UGA, aTm, Ole Miss, LSU, and Mizzou each year over the last few years.

Ohio State is about to finally start playing a decent schedule. I could see them losing 3 games this year.

You may be new to the recruiting board, but generally we try (or at least used to) keep the trolling to a minimum here.

Good get for the Vols.
