Have fun going 7-5 every year Hicks . A@M boosters still haven’t payed their debts to the previous class and word is they paying this kid over 1 mil to come to A@M . At season end the previous class will transfer and rinse and repeat. Paying players doesn’t create long term stability and A@M is already cracking one year in. OU led last night hmm wonder what happening in one day !

Those are serious tears

Word is that he has been solid to Aggie for the past week and Oklahoma offered 2.5 in nil money but the Kansas state loss made him think better of that offer

The amount of money being thrown around to these kids is ridiculous. There’s not a single high school kid worth 2.5 million.

Horns paid 5 million for the the Ohio state transfer that had never played in a college game, it’s legit gone bonkers, I agree

But if Aggie boosters were willing to pony up 1 mil for the best DL in 2023, I’m not gonna complain

The fact we are playing and rotating freshmen throughout the lineup has to help as well. I mean we have played nineteen freshmen in the two deep.

Is Sliced Bread still your source for A&M NIL/Recruiting information on the Oklahoma side?

Alabama, Georgia, Ohio St, and A&M are 1-4, rated by highest class average.

Some of these High School recruits are getting paid more than actual NFL rookies that make an NFL roster in their first few years. These are guys that have not even contributed to a college team much less an NFL team. Something will have to be done with these NIL deals its getting crazy.

Lol congrats!!! But let’s be honest….what good is recruiting top talent when you can’t develop them?

I also wonder if Hicks recruitment is over? Long way til signing day. Just sayin

Which high school recruits, specifically, are being paid more than NFL rookies?

You dirt burglars need to learn sportsmanlike comportment.
This isn’t a recruiting board for your dumpster conference.

5 OU DE/DTs in the NFL averaging $1.5 MM per year
6 A&M DE/DTs in the NFL averaging $3.7 MM per year (take out Myles and it's an average of $1.8 MM per year)

I can't fathom why they wouldn't go get developed at OU.

OU didn't lead last night. Within minutes of his commitment TexAgs had a video interview about him up on their site. Which means TexAgs has known for days (these are like 30 minute videos), and they let the kid have his moment.

Apparently Drumm had an OU committment video ready to roll as well. Maybe Hicks just likes making movies, lol.

I saw a screenshot somebody took from Texags saying it was $4 million...not that internet rumors mean much, but if true, wow.

Looks like all that negative recruiting OU has been doing doesn’t trump being broke.
