If the kid wants immediate playing time Georgia and aTm would be my choices. If academics are a major priority to him then I would go with OSU, even though all 3 are good.

Well, he has a brother in Texas. Most of his family is in Georgia. However, he is very close to his brother and is close to your QB commit, from what I understand.
When I was his age I thought I wanted to leave home and get away from family (Meaning mom and dad) so I could be on my own and have more independence. Having a brother in Texas could help him achieve that with having a family connection, too.

I think there is a sister in Texas as well. Still, Kojo will commit in the next couple of weeks and the speculation can end

Cincy is only 90 minutes from OSU. It's been a weird recruitment and people have felt good and bad day by day. No clue. Insiders at OSU said they think OSU has a good shot after he was there this week, but no one really knows

Not sure if he is what people would call an insider or not, but he definitely has connections inside UGA. He is about as accurate as anybody has been.
He says it is pretty much a done deal for A&M. Even went so far as to say we MIGHT be in 3rd.

He’s pretty well connected to the players and parents so if he says something it’s probably true. He is wrong but rarely.

The A&M side seems to think it is between A&M and OSU now, so that makes sense. Less than a week to find out
