Until Demas has a good year, we aren't going to get the elite ones. Good news is that I expect him to have a pretty good Fall

I hear ya but Justin Jefferson was “elite”. Y’all are good and have really athletes.

I wonder if this recruitment is over. I hope it is but during his interview with OSU's top insider he admitted his entire family wants him at A&M.
May be something to watch

It's going to go all the way to December.

I doubt it’s over for him but if he ends up at OSU I hope he does great there.

Porter, thought you'd appreciate this. It comes from our favorite insider who has his own site now. These are his direct words about Kojo, copied and pasted.
As far as Kojo is concerned, he’s a very good player. Can’t discount that. He’s not the player to get worked up about though. I get it with Evan Stewart. Stewart is a plug and play type kid (assuming we no longer prioritize blocking as 1b on importance). Compare the tapes. Kojo is an explosive athlete with short burst quickness. He’s a developmental WR that wouldn’t be a factor at UGA in the first 18 months outside of ST. This isn’t a hot take, but as it stands today, he’s not pushing that OSU WR room either in those first 18 months. OSU has at least 3 WRs who would likely start for us today.
Kojo is going to be a 5’11-6’ WR (in a year) that will run a low 4.5. He’s physically already developed and may be closer to his ceiling in body type; he will get better in the technical aspect and eventually be a player at OSU or wherever he transfers after next spring. What exactly does Kojo bring us that we don’t have in the 22 or 23 season? Just comparing the tapes, is Kojo a clear better WR than Morrissette? When you thought Kojo was 6’1 190 with borderline 4.4 speed, that’s different. That’s Burton-esque. That player is multiple and can play all 4 WR positions. The player that just came on campus is a Z or Slot. I wonder if he wasn’t an in state target, would we care as much?

I saw that. I don’t think he’s a game changer right now but he has a good chance of developing into one.

Only 3?
This is all sour grapes.

What part of "at least 3" did you miss?
WR is the one position that UGA is noticeably behind all the other NC contenders. We don't have the explosive, game breaking guys that OSU, Bama, Oklahoma, and Clemson have/had. We have to prove to them that our offense is not ground and pound and that we will air it out to put up 40+ a game.
If Georgia can do that, I believe our WR recruiting will look vastly different than the way it looks right now. We can land guys like Burden, Antwi and Stewart putting up 40+ a game and throwing for 4000+ yards. Right now, we haven't and can't.

Nowadays a commitment is a glorified reservation. If a better offer comes they change the reservation. Probably 40 - 50 % of current commits are subject to changing their mind. This is the wild west now.

Yes, I agree..... Antwi could flip because as talented as he is I don't see him playing much over the years in Columbus with that multitude of 5* they have.
