Ole Miss’ talent level is significantly better than State’s going into 2024.

Perhaps on the dline. Anywhere else is an sort of unknown. Ole Miss pays for rankings and the actual field difference was illustrated in this year's EB.

Uh, I don't know where you get your recruiting info, but the On3 Industry Rankings had State at 22 and Ole Miss at 26 for 2023. 247 had Ole Miss at 23 and State at 27. Looks pretty even to me.

He is using rankings combined with the portal transfers but so many of those players are grad transfers it’s stupid to make that argument when comparing talent levels in upcoming years since many of those players will have exhausted eligibility

Lebby is seriously beefing up the offense. Exciting, I just hope he doesn’t forget defense matters in the SEC as well. We lose a lot of DL and LB talent this year
