It's not the LOI, just financial aid paperwork. He will enroll the first day of class.
Because most kids are not top 50 prospects that know a school will hold a spot for them.

Ya maybe so. Apparently his mom wanted him a little closer to home so that played a big part in it as well.

The crap he pulled on Coach Snyder at K-State after the bowl game was a pure douche move. Snyder is one of the most respected and well liked coaches in the country. He truly is a pillar in the coaching community and to be disrespected by a spoiled brat like Mora Jr. was completely uncalled for. All of us down south know just what he is all about from his Falcons days. I will never have anything but contempt for Mora Jr. The worst part is, is Mora Sr. really is a great guy and a great coach. I don't know why kids want to play for him anyway. Oregon boatraced that team (final score was not indicative of the beat down as the rallied from 42-10 or something like that). That should've never happened with the amount of athleticism that teams has.

Coaches will have very limited ability to control kids whose ability makes them essentially free agents at the end of every season.
