Perkins is visiting Florida and Miami this month. His recruitment is definitely not 100% closed

Yes but he can't sign yet and he has OV's to burn so why not? He hangs out with the Aggie commits daily and has some pretty deep relationships there. A&M is also an hour from his house.

Perkins just wants a free trip, and might not take those trips if too tired after getting back from Hawaii. Not worried in the slightest

Kinda weird how you keep mentioning his trip to hawaii, like he called you up and told you his plans.
