I am trying to figure out our recruiting strategy.
We are clear leaders for Shemar Turner (SDE) and supposedly are in this mix for Adeleye (SDE), Elijah Juedy (WDE), Taleeq Robins (DT), and Tywone Malone (DT).
We have already signed 2 DTs and 2 DEs.
I guess if we land all of them we are set for life (or at least the next few years) but that is a pretty heavy emphasis on the defensive line.
Any linebackers anywhere?

We signed 7 LBs over the '19-'20 classes and have one committed for the '21 class. We only play 2 LBs in our base defense.
I believe we will sign 2 more DL and the other 3 spots will be (hopefully) Johnson, Foster and Strickland

Look at the breakdown by year.
*Starter
+2 Deep
SRs
*Clemons - gone
*Peevy - gone
JR
*Brown - draft
+Johnson - should be back
Martin - should be back
Rogers - I would expect him to be processed
SO
*Leal - Will only be back for 1 more year
FR
+Hunter
Diggs
Harris
Raikes
+Jackson
Orebo
Mowry
Jones
Jefferson
Walker
We will likely only have 3 upperclassmen next year and lose 3/4 starters. We have some numbers at freshmen, so far only 2 have really proven themselves. I am sure more will hit, but we don't want to have another time class like 2019. Load up at DL and let the chips fall where they may.

Touche. Nearly impossible based on everything everyone has heard.
The local line is that Texas is way out of it and he has gravitated towards the various DeSoto/A&M connections. Von Miller hails from there as does several recent A&M recruits.
Who knows what is deep inside a recruit's head though. Harvey Williams, etc.

Texas guys comfirmed they are feeling Turner to Ags as well.

Well, if Texas guys are saying Turner to A&M, then that is very likely. They never concede anything to A&M

I know a guy on the Florida side here, he’s still pretty confident he’s going to A&M.
