Idk about Baylor. But I know OU, West Virginia ( with Grier), and OSU would light up A&M's secondary that they wouldn't even need to run and I genuinely mean that. The a&m secondary was hot garbage this year. Luckily Jimbo is recruiting better in that area. That secondary would cost a&m 3-4 games in the big 12 this past year.

Im not getting into the Longhorn Aggie shitfest but i will agree with one of the Longhorn posts using LSU as an example.
I wouldve waited on Burns unless they feel hes better than the others on the board. I dont think they do. I think this is about 2 things.
First, getting a commit out of your jr day. Its something every staff wants.
Second, perception of getting a kid they feel LSU may want from LSUs backyard.
Now to the LSU part of the equation. I wouldnt want our staff to take Burns right now. We already have 2 offers to S instate in Williams and Clark. There also is a group of about 5-6 S in Texas i personally feel are better at this point. Its early with 11 months to go so no need to take a kid thats farther down the board than others that have already been offered. Maybe Fisher and co had Burns higher but ive watched film of the 2 instate LSU offers along with Thompson, Alford and Mcglothern (i think hes a S) and all look better to me.
Either way congrats Aggies. Hes a good prospect regardless of what anyone else thinks.

I find it interesting Jimbo is going after Louisiana and North Shore kids. They have been an Achilles heel for us. Time will tell if he has the skill to turn around long standing biases against us or if it’s just time wasted. Harris certainly doesn’t have me feeling great it isn’t the latter.

Zach Evans recruitment was always going to be interesting.
I don't think there is a bias against A&M more than the relationship that Texas and LSU established early.
George is a Louisiana kid who moved to Houston. Evans and George are a package deal.
The person who isn't talked about who has helped on the Texas end is Kerwin Roach.
Kerwin has said his boys are coming with him.

I love how Texas Fans (looking at you Daron) are talking about our secondary was hot garbage with their 111th ranked Passing Defense
Always talking about DBU, but haven't had a DB drafted above 5th round in over 5 years.
Talking about all that talent they have at DB, and had the 111th passing defense in 2018, and 109th in 2017.

That's apples to oranges. The bowl season proved once again that playing high powered offenses week in and week out in the big 12 can affect defensive stats. UGA is laughing at you now. When is gaggie going to win a natty for themselves instead gagging bama's dick? 80 years and counting lmao. The jet engine wasn't even developed when y'all last won let that sink in. Anybody that actually watched Texas play this year would take they secondary over y'alls and I'm serious when I say that.
Sounds like fear.

Jimbo is doing great at recruiting. I just want to see if he can win a natty @ a&m like he did at fsu. If he can do that I'll never troll a&m again while he is there.

I think he can do it. The question is when.

Major Burns
Probably needs fluid resuscitation, antibiotics and skin grafting.

Burns up to a 4* with the last update.

Herman will always out recruit Fisher - 247 and the Burtons of the world will make certain of it. Last year, the jumps for Texas recruits were even more obvious than normal
I'd expect that trend to continue this year

Why are you bringing up Herman. He’s irrelevant to Burns.

Yes it is, rumor is his 7on7 coach no longer has any influence on him and he's going out of state ???

Zach Evans was never controlled by any coach.
Evans will keep his options open till the last minute.
Very much like Trey Sanders last year. Sanders was always an Alabama commit. He just played the part.
Evans will do the same. As of right now...Evans has gave no one anything.
If he did it would be Texas or LSU.

It'd be nice if you'd quit douching up every A&M thread. Especially on the recruiting board.
