shite that was fast. I admittedly don’t follow recruiting like most here but didn’t Burns commit to us just a few weeks ago? And we (and he) both moved on?

Burns committed to us months and months ago. He decommitted and committed to Lsu. He's been for LSu for some time now. Lsu processed him the week before signing. He then visited UGA and committed just now. A&M was in on him too, but unsure if they had a spot for him.

I'm not sure what happened here. It seemed full speed ahead to Auburn, then all of a sudden it wasn't happening.

Was in the bag for AU but it looks like Iggy is coming back for senior season and AU felt like they could risk going for Reed who is near the top of their overall CB board (50/50 between AU and UGA). They also got Domino early and like him as a day 1 starter. Personally, i would habe tried to get all of them. DB is the one spot where AU usually has one really good guy and then just a bunch of solid guys.
