Robertson told 247 that he is heading to Athens today. Mom and twin sister also joining.

Carlos is probably going to remember they have a family reunion this weekend or something and call it off

I hope so. With his mom being there, he's about to fall in love with Georgia.

They stopped off at the Zaxbys in Metter and left Carlos taking a shite in one of the stalls.

2016 5-Star WR Demetris Robertson Signs Financial Papers With Georgia Dustin Tackett The nation’s top receiver in the 2016 recruiting class is still trying to figure out where he wants to attend school. Five-star wide receiver Demetris Robertson, out of Savannah (GA), is rated as the No. 14 overall player and the No. 1 receiver in the 2016 recruiting class by 247 Sports. Having already signed financial papers with Cal and Georgia Tech, Robertson added to that list, signing papers with Georgia following his visit to Athens this past weekend, according to Scout. These papers do not guarantee a commitment, but it’s a good sign.

Is there a deadline to sign financial aid papers?

The good ole DawgPost days.
Sounds like DRob had a good visit this weekend. Still wouldn't bet a dollar on where he lands though

Since he has not signed paperwork with Bama or ND is it safe to assume they have been eliminated? His sister did make the trip and I hope she was able to meet the track and field coaches and get that ball rolling, this will play out til June since he will not sign a LOI.

Not safe at all.........

There's a theory out there that Bama and ND are actually his top two and that he has only signed FA paperwork with Tech, UGA, and Cal to keep his backup options open (FA papers mean we have to reserve a scholarship for him) in case Stanford, Bama, or ND move on.

this just doesn't sound plausible at all, although knowing how this recruitment has gone I guess it wouldn't shock me.
Although it is somewhat "shocking" that he hasn't signed FA papers with either bama or ND, both of which have been his leaders at some point.

According to 247 Robertson is going to visit Notre Dame again sometime in the near future although a specific date hasn't been chosen yet. Apparently Carlos is going with him to "evaluate" some things since he didn't go with Demetris the first time he visited.

Hopefully this means Carlos will be able to make his final decision sometime soon. Or ya know he could just let his brother, the one who will actually be attending the school, make a decision for himself.

Demetris is a great prospect and seems like a good kid, but if I'm Kirby Smart (or any other coach), I'm not sure I want Carlos anywhere near my program.
