Oh, that's why?
I thought it was Chizik holding him back, I get my Aubie excuses confused.
Keep your Auburn trolling contained on the SECRant, moron.

His posts, in general, tell me he is a Auburn and Gus Malzahn hater from Hogville.
And that he's trolling this board, which I thought was generally frowned upon.

You probably don't want to try and troll about Gus and offense of all things , worry about winning a SEC game.

Doesnt make much sense why an elite receiver would pick Auburn these days.
If you've done any research on Malzahn as an OC, you'd find that he doesn't have an offense. He tailors it to whatever his QB does best. In '13 and '14, we have a QB who runs.

Another top player commits to Auburn . . . another top player will de-committ from Auburn a month before NSD.
Haven't AU fans figured out Saban does this?

Congrats Auburn fans. That's huge news.

how much utilization for WR's is there in Gus's system...I'm probably wrong but I don't remember a lot of passes in our game last year...of course I remember the last one but...what's the pitch to a big time WR like this in Auburn's offensive system...who probably wants quality "show" time...
Had there been better talent at WR and had a better passer they would have thrown more. Look for them to throw more in 14 with a more comfortable QB and an upgraded WR core.

As a UGA fan, I remember the 2011 offense.
It was better than the 2012 version.
That 2012 Off led by Scot Loeffler was one of the worst, most boring offenses I've ever seen. It was abysmal. How he got the VT OC job I'll never know.

That's kind of an ignorant post. Of course he has an offense. I think perhaps what you should have said is he tailors the offense to the talent he has. He focuses on different elements in his offense different years.

Good get Auburn. OSU fans thought he was going to be a Buckeye...and many still think he eventually will.
I'm kind of confused why he committed so early after saying he is a huge fan of Meyer. It's obviously an amazing get for Auburn since he can help recruit, but these kids do strange things without looking around sometimes I feel

Maybe. I was more surprised he didn't take his time and look around, especially with the glowing things he said about Meyer.

True.
Malzahn's core offense is a run first, play action offense that's up tempo. Everything is based off that and it veers off in any number of directions from there. It's an extremely versatile offense.
