Doesn't matter. BVG likes Davis a lot. Davis is relatively small and is a big-picture type of recruit in that if he's expected to play, it won't be for 2-3 years regardless. Hard to say we'd cut someone because of an injury when we're not expecting that recruit to see the field for a few years.

Like I said, I highly doubt Chizik is going to turn away a player right now, that he took so early in the process. Coaches take guys they really like at this point in the game.

I don't think Chizik is the type of coach to go back on his word to any recruit that he accepts a commitment from anyways.

We would be okay without taking any OL this class, and if there was any position to skip it's certainly along the OL, but that doesn't make it a good idea
