I hope he just takes some time away from thinking about football and being recruited and spends this summer with his family.

I haven't read this thread, but I read that Jordan Wilkins from Memphis is really high on Auburn.
He was a sophomore when my brother was a senior and he was pretty awesome. Their team wasn't that good, but he was always the best player on the field. He's going to be a good one.

Yea, he could be committing pretty soon. Pretty excited if he does.

Are we after Greg Bryant at RB now? I know he loved his visit and it sounds like he wants to come back for an official, but would we take him and Wilkins or Wilkins and Dye?
I guess basically, would we take 2 RBs?

I imagine we would if it were the right two guys.
Derrick Green did an article on Scout yesterday talking about how he's really developed a great relationship with Luper and is looking forward to visiting AU. We shouldn't turn away Bryant or Green.

It feels like it but I just don't see why. RB is one of the deepest positions on the team. Wilkins seems like he's the most likely to sign, but it does seem they're still pushing Bryant and Dye. I'll defer to the people in the know on this one.

The popular opinion is that we won't take 2 RBS, but I think it would be very hard for our coaches to turn down that kind of talent level if multiple guys wanted to come here.
I feel like after we get our first RB commitment, the coaches will tell the others to hold off for a while while they (coaches) get a feel for the guys at other positions that are highly interested in us. We have more pressing needs than RB, and our coaches are going to take all those guys that we can get, mainly at the def. line and at safety (first two positions of need that come to mind). But if we don't get the guys we're after at some of these other positions, I think we'd definitely take another RB to fill a spot.
Either way, I don't think we're going to have any trouble filling spots in this year's class.

RB is one of the deepest positions on the team.

I highly doubt we take 2 rb's.

Adams, though respectful of Nkemdiche, is far less complimentary of the consensus No. 1 recruit, who committed to Clemson on Thursday. That is because Adams believes he is every bit the player Nkemdiche is.
"I think I can do anything he can do -- just better," Adams said. "I would like to compete with him."
For now, Adams will have to be content with joining Nkemdiche in an elite group, as he recently became one of only 17 players to earn Rivals.com five-star status. He also ranks No. 1 at defensive tackle.
It's a label the 6-feet-4, 300-pounder thinks was long overdue.
"I do everything that a great defensive lineman is supposed to do," Adams said. "That's getting a lot of tackles, getting a lot of sacks ? taking control of the game on the defensive side of the ball."
As a junior, Adams was simply dominant, finishing with 10 sacks and a staggering 45 tackles for loss. What makes those numbers even more impressive is this: He played both ways every game.
And, as Adams points out, "I also punt and kick off."

I'm probably reading to much into it but that quote gives me the impression he doesn't care for Nkemdiche.

Clemson would love to add a stud interior lineman to complement Nkemdiche on the outside.
However, Adams appears to be a long shot. He told MaxPreps that he was visiting Alabama today.
When asked if he had considered the idea of playing with Nkemdiche in college, he said, "no."

Looks like RN committing to Clemson was a win/win situation for Auburn.
