NC State also got informed by the NCAA they might not be able to recruit John Wall anymore when students at the school started a facebook page dedicate to recruiting him. The school stepped in and forced the students to take it down.

Our last two long snappers have been great and they were both walk ons. I'd much rather we save the spot for another OL or CB.

Because every time either goes on a rival campus, all they do is recruit for UGA. I wouldn't want them around if I was UF or Bama or Auburn or whoever else. Wiggins has been cited by at least 7 recruits as having played a big part in their picking UGA

Oh, I took it as you were acting like you thought UF fans are crazy. Wiggins is a good 3rd option, after the guys we have left on the board. The kid is really small, but is very athletic. I just don't want another really small corner.

Again unless the school recognizes them as an official show for the school I would say ni, but now if he is a season ticket holder for UGA he is considered a booster according to the NCAA.

He plugs UGA the same way Radi Nabulsi, Kipp Adams or any of the other UGA mods plug UGA. They'll ask UGA centric questions for the fans, but at no time does he say "Why go to Bama? UGA has x, y, and z and you should seriously check it out!"
If Mikey Davis is committing a violation with his show, then so is every single fan who talks directly with the players on twitter (and they are probably more so, since I can guarantee at least half those fans are boosters of their respective schools)

I don't know too much about his personal life other than he is a UGA fan and he has a morning sports talk show that airs in valdosta. He does this show on his off time
