I do however think as of right now we get these for certain:
Leonard Fournette (more of a hunch)
Bo Scarborough
Marlon Humphrey
Tyler Luatua
Gerald Willis
Jalen Hurd
Tre Williams
Racean Thomas (if we dont get Fournette or Scarborough plays WR) Not sure though

I think we will be ok without Foster(WR) would love to have him though. The kid we got from B Ham looks like he will be a player for us.

Can't really argue with the others, though I admit I haven't really kept up with 2014 at all

Bo is back on RB again, he's sorta ignoring Michigan because they are recruiting him at WR.
I can still see 3 RBs next cycle too, 2 for sure. Dee Hart is the only true RB who was the lone back in his recruiting class under Saban.

Hmm question? I follow Jalen Ramsey on twitter and he graduated today. What class is he again?

I've watched McLeod's film and I think he's a solid prospect all the way around. Throws a nice ball, good arm strength, surprising athleticism. And you have to love the fact that he's not scared to come in and compete with Cooper plus he helps lock up Tyren Jones.
What I'm trying to figure out is why we felt we needed a 2nd QB in this class. Obviously, it's nice to have as many quality back-ups at a given position as possible but this comes at the expense of taking a player at another position in this class and by all accounts there are some great prospects still seriously considering Bama. So, why 2 QBs?
Do the coaches expect AJ to leave after the upcoming season? Otherwise, we'll have AJ, Ely, Morris, Bateman, McLeod, Sims (unless he moves back to RB). That's 2 more than optimal. Even if AJ does leave, do we really expect McLeod to beat out those other 5 QBs? I don't. Another possibility is that the staff is anticipating 1 or more of the other QBs to transfer. I guess Ely or Sims could transfer but I doubt it since they are the 2 leading candidates to be back-up QB this upcoming season.
I fully trust the staff, but it just doesn't quite add up to me. I could see us offering him a greyshirt but he's planning on enrolling early. Speaking of which, I can see there being another numbers crunch for EE spots like last year because of the small senior class and numerous commits graduating early.

I think the purpose is so one can redshirt and one doesnt have too. JMHO I dont think that the kid we got from FLA will ever play so I think its between the kid from Texas and Bateman with Mcleod redshirting.

My guess is that it is a combination of AJ telling them he plans on going pro and Ely not being any good.

I think its Ely not being that good. I just dont see AJ going to the league. JMO

"The new ESPN 150 rankings came out Wednesday, and the University of Alabama has a chance to land the top three recruits in the 2013 class.
Five-star offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil has already thought about the chance to suit up with both the No. 1 player Robert Nkemdiche and the No. 2 player Reuben Foster as a part of the Crimson Tide.
“I had a dream about that, where all of us sign,” Tunsil said. “I was like, ‘Wow, that’s another national championship right there.’”"

That makes sense. But if he's going to redshirt and back up Cooper, I'd just assume and wait for the '14 class. Pretty good chance we'll recruit over him in the '14 class anway.

per Lownds25 (ultra reliable UGA insider) DH pretty much flipped before he made the trip to T-Town

The thing is, even if Ely transfers/doesn't pan out, we don't need McLeod. Morris & Bateman would be our top 2 and we'd have another stud QB coming in '14. The only way I really see us needing McLeod is if AJ goes pro AND Ely and Sims either transfer or aren't viable options as SEC QBs. That could be the case, but I hope not.
