In the words of Mike Groh: "Who?"

You guys see the little 5 year old boy that mailed Brandon Jacobs, $3.36 to stay with the Giants and wrote him a letter hoping that would be enough. That made me want to

I think he's talking about the guy in the Jack Link's beef jerky commercials.

Not sure, but Bama and Pitt are the 2 schools with the best chance of landing him. I hope he doesn't follow in the footsteps of Rushel Shell.

When it comes to visits this summer Mackensie Adams is not saying who he will check out. But this Scout 100 defensive back did acknowledge where he wants to go to school if he elects to stay in the Sunshine State.
quote:
Mackensie Alexander (Immokalee, Fla.) is one of the most gifted recruits in the nation. This future cornerback is blessed with a ton of athleticism. The question is what college football program will he choose?
A sign could be who he visits this summer. While Alexander acknowledges he will make some unofficial visits those destinations are still not known.
“I do know that I will do some traveling this summer,” Alexander said. “That’s the plan. I have seen all the in-state schools I want to see. Now, I want to take the time this summer to see some out of state places. At this time though, I really can’t tell you what schools. I really don’t know other than I want to see some out of state places.”
Alexander has been to Florida State, Florida and Miami this spring, visiting the Seminoles most recently. If he elects to stay in-state it sounds like Alexander knows where home will be.
“FSU is the last school I visited,” Alexander said. “I also saw Florida. If I stay in state it will be FSU or Florida. I am no longer interested in Miami. So, I would probably sign with Florida. I really like the cornerback tradition there and what they have done in the past. It’s just a good fit for me.”
Alexander, 5-foot-11 and 185-pounds, is the country’s No. 4 ranked cornerback prospect and the No. 51 recruit overall in the Scout.com Top 100. At one time he was committed to the University of Tennessee.
“Tennessee is still in it,” Alexander said. “That’s all I can really say.”
Alexander declined to comment on what out of state schools he would like to make unofficial or official visits to this summer and fall. Teams like Clemson, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, LSU, Nebraska, Ohio State, USC and Tennessee are some out of state schools that have offered Alexander.
This past season Alexander recorded 42 tackles, three interceptions, two fumble recoveries and six pass break-ups.

ArDarius Stewart works future position
ArDarius Stewart, National 100 wide receiver from Fultondale High School in Birmingham, Ala., accounted for 51 touchdowns last season. He has been recruited as an athlete with an early commitment to Alabama. Stewart talked about a particular position after spending time at camp this week.
"I went down there for one day," said Ardarius Stewart. "I worked out at receiver yesterday. I am going to go back in July for the camp. I might try working out at DB. I want to get used to playing receiver though.
"There wasn’t anyone who could cover me. I felt like I did good. It’s a big transition for me. Coach Groh talked to me. He said I had to beat the jam better when I first got out there. Coach Groh said I did good though."
Stewart measured 6-foot, 195-pounds in Tuscaloosa. He is a sensational athlete who stars at quarterback for his high school team.
"They are talking to me about playing slot receiver," he said. "I think it will be different. I am an athlete. I can do anything they put me at. I am willing to give it my all and do it 100-percent.
"I talked to coach Saban. He didn’t know yet where they were going to play me. He wants to give me the opportunity to make that decision. He doesn’t want to just stick me somewhere they may need me. He wants me to decide where I want to play."
Stewart met another National 100 member who is a future teammate.
"I saw a lot of guys out there who impressed me," Stewart said. "I talked to Altee Tenpenny. We exchanged numbers. I thought he was bigger; then he thought I was bigger than him."
Stewart will continue to improve his skills as a receiver this summer before returning to his quarterback position this fall for his senior season.

I absolutely love his size!! I know he will probably lose some weight after going through the conditioning program but I believe you can't have enough 340 pounders on the roster.

Shell stayed home because he had a kid on the way. I honestly believe if it was not for him knocking his girl up he would have been at UA.JMO

Why can't that logo go to Hell where it belongs? I hated that Bob Bockrath invention.

I knew he wasn't the 6-3 I've seen for him, but I was hoping for at least 6-2.

I wish we would go back to the 90s logo.

What was the 90s logo?
I think it was used for a long time and they stopped some time around like 1997.
