For one simple reason. We want and believe we can get Dee Liner to flip. Jmo again but the kid was all Bama then we lost major ground. We don't let players like that get away unless we have a higher man on the board.

Well looks like the kid out of Birmingham Oak Mountain HS that signed with Auburn won't make it because he just got drafted 10th overall. ouch. I expect 2 more signees of their to get drafted high. A guy who I played with named Jordan Ebert and a guy I played Travel Ball with named Addison Russell. Russell is vastly over rated but is still a high ceiling guy because of his defense.

Very surprised Addison Russell didn't sign with Florida. He's from Pace and was a FLA fan when I played with him.

So is Bama still after McLeod as #2 QB? He is in camp this week correct?

It sounds like if we take a 2nd he is our guy. OC seems to really like him.
Plus I just read an article that Ferguson might not be to keen in a team taking 2 QBs. FWIW
