When I was in high school I thought I would be friends with those kids forever. I definitely wasn't looking 5 years down the road. It was all about who I was surrounded by at the time who influenced me.

I knew as soon as he transferred to Auburn High School that he would eventually flip. The guy had a lot of schools to transfer to and his choice was Auburn High. If Ted Roof was still there then hell no, but BVG is a game changer.

He transferred to AuHS because he was told they were hiring Flowers. Once he got there founf out they were not and hence why he is trying to go to SSHS now

His choice wasn't AuHS fwiw....was trying to follow Flowers, all AU fans having this notion that they are completely innocent in all of this is comical, this is not what this thread is supposed to be about though if we have any Foster discussion can we please take it to the Foster highlights.
I'll also say this Diddy, it doesn't bother me one bit simply because of the vast difference in AU's need for even semi good talent at LB versus Bama's D who is in no need but rather has abundance and will continue to sign abundance at LB
Can we please move Foster discussion to the other thread so we can stay on topic on this thread and not get sidetracked and locked again plz?

AU should worry about Sills and if the NCAA will actually clear him or come knocking on there door for the mess that school is in.

My guess is you have to transfer before a certain time or you can't play in the fall.

Exactly and he filled out Oxford HS papers and got the call before faxing in that AuHS was hiring Flowers, so instead he filled out another transfer sheet and faxed it before the 7pm deadline or whatever it was to go to AuHS then the next day the principal at AuHS said there was no way they would allow Flowers to be hired on staff, once Flowers was hired at SSHS he could've transferred then but would've had to sit the whole Spring out, I'm not even sure if he transfers still if he will be allowed by HSAA to play this year, not totally sure

Got to love it. Alfy Hill takes 1 online course enrolls at UA and passes 3 courses at UA during the summer and the NCAA comes backs and rules him ineligible because of the 1 online course. But these kids go to an online school in MD that meets in a storage space so they can play football after a scandel in DE. Love the NCAA

You're right, but I dunno. The thread was anchored for being off topic when it was really just a spot for us to meet up and not clutter other boards and we never stayed off topic for long. Besides, it's a recruiting board, there should only be maybe 20 threads going at a time. Not like it's in the way. Now admins are doing absolutely nothing about flaming making the thread go off topic. It's all fricked up. But yeah, hopefully it'll be better over the next few days.
