I feel yall. I dont mean to toot my own horn, but I take golf serious as frick when I get out there and cuss like a motherfricker. lol. I didnt bogey many today and had no doubles. I would have broke a club over my knee if I doubled. I shot a 38 on front 9 and a 37 on back 9 in my best round of 75 no mulligan. It sounds awful, but these old men piss me the frick off so bad because they think they are so clever when they hit 2 200 yard 5 wood drives to par every hole that I literally play just to kick their arse. lol. Old men piss me off so bad with arrogance.

Just read something about why Saban is so good, and one is that he promises opportunity, not playing time.
He doesn't go up to a Landon Collins and promise a starting spot to a potential freshman. In fact, that was one of Landon's mom's issues (via momsteam.com) with his signing with Alabama. According to that article, Les Miles wanted to play him at safety in his freshman year, and Nick Saban wanted to move him to nickel and redshirt him.
That is what will separate Bama and LSU. LSU is willing to start anybod just because they promised them, Bama makes you earn it.
While that seems selfish to me on her part, that's not the issue here. What if he turned out to suck at the college level? Is Miles willing to play him just to keep a promise? (Given Jordan Jefferson playing the entire BCS title game, maybe.)

I see what you're saying, but only dumbass' promise a TR FR a starting position. MOST really good coaches don't promise any kid to start out of HS. That's just asinine.

Thats what I wanted to hear. If you feel he could play either side then he should be a top target with his bloodlines. From what I can gather the general consensus is we took a big hit on him with Sal leaving. Tide Saint brings up a good point too, maybe the staff just aint that interested.
I think he is just too good to pass up.

When NA was updating the Op, he asked if any were missing and I said Brendan Langley and Hunter Henry. Because I seen were Kirby was the one recruiting Langley. I knew our chances were good.

If a NT prospect out of high school came up around the size of Mount Cody, do you think Saban would go after him and show him the success Terrence had at Bama? Chapman does a phenomonal job against the run, but a guy as big as Cody is/was in the middle on running downs is deadly. I wouldn't say another 380lb guy, maybe something more like 345-350.

Yeah, but now he's going to play OG, right?

I expect him to be back at NT. We needed him at OG for spring due to shortage of bodies.
