I think camp visits will be huge for Jones. If he performs well in them he could shoot up teams' boards.

If he performs like he supposedly does in practices, he'll attract a few more suitors.
He's probably the recruit to watch instate over this next recruiting year. He could potentially wind up in the top 5 for the state.

See, that's what I think too. He's acknowledged that he grew up an Auburn fan, yet he lists us as his favorite. I would hate to lose him due to us waiting too long.

CB Jonathan Cook is another kid that is about to blow up.

Penn State visited WR Robert Foster today
By Tim Tolley
Not many "superstar" recruits have (ever) kept their recruiting news so close to the vest as Monaca, PA standout wide receiver, Robert Foster. It's rare that you'll see a quote from him or even hear about a visit that he's taking in the future. Usually, any news on Foster that comes out is a rumor or a few days late when someone close to the situation reveals it.
The only time that an early glimpse into Foster's plans is when he gives it himself... on Twitter. Today, he did just that.

Despite the question marks around Foster's recruitment, many believe that it is a Penn State, Pitt, Bama race. Recently, Ohio State was in the thick of it but rumors then circulated that the Buckeyes were no longer recruiting the number one wide receiver in the country. Many speculated on why that happened, but that's not really my thing. Bottom line is, if true, Penn State's odds went from 25% to 33% for landing Foster.
Robert Foster is an immense talent comparable to Derrick Williams from the 2005 class. When you watch his film, it's as though you know you're watching a future NFL player. It will be interesting to see if Penn State can stay in the running for his services.
Bama PSU and Pitt seem to be the only 3 involved hmmmm we got dis no problemo

The original BMW, he can carry that 240 too at 6-5.
And whose nickname I stole and bestowed upon the TE of the same name at Bama

I'm sure O'Brien is telling Foster he will be the next Randy Moss while taking the credit for that great season he had in NE. Pitt has put some really good WRs in the NFL lately. It will still be a tough pull.

I think the homestate pull will be tough to overcome in this one

Foster is an anomaly. He comes from a state that normally doesn't produce big time WRs, yet he's willing to go across the country. I hope we get him on campus with Bateman to sell the prospect of being "the man" for the next 3 years.

I'm not sure what's going on with his 247 profile, listing Bama as his favorite and claiming several offers he doesn't have...yet.
Both teams will have the luxury of waiting on him though, as they are bring in very good DL classes for 2013. It would probably come down to, if he has a successful Senior campaign, who has a spot open for a project.

We lead right now, just hoping he gets on campus soon

I think Cook is competing against our potential haul in 2014. We lead for 3 of the top 36 players in the country that happen to be DBs.

Humphrey, Watkins, and Tabor? I though we were in the top 2 for Tabor but not his leader.

To me you can't look at it like that though, I don't think we will land the kid from Texas, but it is also WAY way too early to tell

He did even was asked in interviews at the NFL Combine and said he wasn't working out and wasn't in shape but he was reportedly 270
