I think he jumped to #1 in the '26 class because Julian Lewis reclassified from '26 to '25.

They only have 8 ranked QBs and the #8 kid is a backup who has thrown more interceptions than TDs. He's only rated due to measurables (which really don't matter in QB recruiting). I'd say these rankings are way too premature.

Rankings seem to be a bit everywhere right now on who the top QBs are in '26. Could point to a great QB class, or one thats underwhelming with no one sticking out.
